Romania Shipping and Rates

 

We ship all over Romania, through our partners, GLS for national shipping and Fastius Curier for Bucharest.

International Shipping Destinations

 

 

We ship worldwide, through our partners, GLS, TNT and DPD courier companies.

The international shipping price varies depending on the weight of the package. To find out how much it costs the shipping to your country, please do a simulation by adding products to your cart, and following the steps in your Shopping Cart. The shipping cost  will be displayed in the second step of check-out.

 

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order, in your country. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend, Bank and Legal holidays are processed on the next business day. However, our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around your lifestyle.

Romania Up to 14 working days. Delivery takes up to 14 working days and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time).
Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Legal holidays.
International Up to 30 working days.    Delivery takes up to 30 working days and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time).

How do I track my order?
 

To track your order you will need to register in your account where you will have access to the AWB number of the package only after an AWB has been generated. Access to the AWB number of the package is available only for the orders delivered with GLS courier company.

 

 - Deliveries to the Romania
Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order is despatched for delivery.

- Deliveries outside the Romania
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier company website to see the current status of your delivery.

What should I do if my order isn't delivered?

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your country, please Contact Us.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

 

Will I receive confirmation that my order is successful and on its way to me?
Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is despatched for delivery.

 

Can I receive my package in TGH Fashion signature box?
If you would like to have your product(s) gift wrapped, we are pleased to offer our beautiful TGH Fashion signature gift box. This service is provided for an extra charge of 2.22 EUR | 10 RON per box, that will be added at your total amount. To order, please fill in "Other information" field: I wish my product / products to be packed in TGH Fashion signature box.

 

RETURNS

 

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, making sure that:

  • Announce TGH Fashion of your return intention.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
  • Items are in their original condition, and have not been altered;
  • The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

If returned products do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the amount required to reconcile the product (s).

Returns are FREE in any TGH Fashion store. The money will be returned to your account after the product has been verified.

According to the legislation in force (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014) on the products purchased at distance, you have 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the products to let us know of your intention to return. The right of return is valid for both individuals and legal entities.

We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that this policy only applies to items you have purchased on the site. For items purchased from other sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.

 

Can I exchange an item?


Romanian customers can exchange an item for a different size or color or for another product from our website, only if it is available in our stock.  In the case of product exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs plus an additional fee of 5 RON for the actual exchange of parcels.


We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via our courier service. We are not obliged to cover any shipping costs that imply returns.

When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s).
The refund time frame will be no more than 14 days from the announcement of the return, and not before the parcel reach us.


Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
