RETURNS

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, making sure that:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains)
• Items are in their original condition, and have not been altered
• The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

If returned products do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the amount required to reconcile the product(s).

Returns are FREE in any TGH Fashion store. The money will be returned to your account after the product has been verified.

For returns, please download and fill out here the Returns Form.

We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
