SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend, Bank and Legal holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Romania - Standard delivery orders to most areas of the Romania should arrive within 14 working day and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time). Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Legal holidays.
- International - Delivery takes up to 14 working days and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time). Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Legal holidays.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, making sure that:
- the items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
- the items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
