1. Can I order without having an account?
Yes, you can order from our website without creating an account. For this, just go to your 'Shopping Bag' and click ‘Checkout button’, then choose ‘Without Registration’ section. You must complete the ‘Billing information’ and follow the next steps to complete the order.

 

2. How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password you'll simply need to click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’, from ‘Sign in’ section and make a request. In just a few seconds you’ll receive your password via email. Please check your junk mail folder in case it makes its way there.
Once you are logged into your account, you can change your password from the right section – ‘Change Password’.  

 

3. How do I create an account?

Creating an account will only take a minute and once set up you'll be able to: 

  • Check Out faster
  • Access the Wish list
  • Modify Personal Information
  • Change Password
  • Modify Billing Information

4. Why can't I sign into my account?
Having trouble signing in? Please check you are using the same email address and password you used to register with us. Our passwords are case sensitive, so check you haven't accidentally left Caps Lock on.

 

ORDERS 

 

1. How can I pay on your site?

The purchase price presented on the invoice will be the same as the one presented on the website at the time of purchase, plus the delivery costs.

You can pay using any of the following:  

  • Cash, on delivery - valid only for orders made in Romania
  • Online, with your credit card. Our payment processor is MobilPay
  • Payment Order (PO): payment by payment order is also known as payment by bank transfer. Payment is made by bank transfer to S.C. ROZARANCIO SRL, unique registration code: R027951830, into the account: RO08BRDE426SV75623864260, Bank: BRD - Groupe Société Générale. After the bank transfer is complete, please send the proof of payment to contact@tghfashion.com. Products will be delivered only after the money has been entered into our account. Payment confirmation can take between 24 and 48 hours depending on the payment processing between the banks involved.

We keep your payment details absolutely secure for you.
When you check out, no matter the payment method you choose, you will need to tick the box to accept our Terms and Conditions.
TGHFashion.com allows payments to be made in RON (Romanian Lei). You can choose to pay in any currency, no matter which countries you are in and the cost of your order will be converted using our conversion rate.

 

2. Do you accept PayPal?

3. Will I be charged VAT?
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable 19% Romania VAT.

 

4. Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order, in your country. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

 

5. What currency can I pay with?
TGHFashion.com allows payments to be made in RON (Romanian Lei). You can choose to pay in any of these currency, no matter which countries you are in and the cost of your order will be converted using our conversion rate.

 

6. Will I receive confirmation that my order is successful and on its way to me?
Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order is despatched for delivery.

 

7. Can I add items, change or cancel my order once I've confirmed it?
Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order. But you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund (please see our Shipping and Returns page for more info).  

 

8. When will my card be charged?
If you’ve paid by debit or credit card, your card will only be charged once we’ve dispatched your order. For information on MobilPay payments please see www.mobilpay.ro

 

9. How do I track my order?
To track your order
you will need to register in your account where you will have access to the AWB number of the package only after an AWB has been generated. Access to the AWB number of the package is available only for the orders delivered with GLS courier company.

 

10. Deliveries to the Romania
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier company website to see the current status of your delivery.
Also, you can click here for national deliveries or click here for Bucharest deliveries, and enter your tracking code in the tracking code box.

12. When will my order arrive?  

  • Standard delivery orders to most areas of the Romania should arrive within 14 working days. Working days are Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Legal holidays. If you have requested delivery for a specific day, your order will be delivered on that day.
  • Generally our international parcels will arrive within 30 working days.

 

13. Can I place my order over the phone?
No, we do not receive phone orders.

 

14. What should I do if my order isn't delivered?
If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your country, please Contact Us.


 

15. I've received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please Contact Us with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message and we'll be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.

17. Can I receive my package in TGH Fashion signature box?
If you would like to have your product(s) gift wrapped, we are pleased to offer our beautiful TGH Fashion signature gift box. This service is provided for an extra charge of 2.22 EUR | 10 RON per box, that will be added at your total amount. To order, please fill in "Other information" field: I wish my product / products to be packed in TGH Fashion signature box.

You can subscribe to our Newsletter to receive all the latest fashion news and updates from TGHFashion.com any time by entering your email address at the bottom of our website pages. You can also opt in to our email newsletters when you create an account, just tick the box to sign up.

 

3. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?
You can remove your email address from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you receive from us. If you have an online account, you can update your newsletter preferences within ‘My Account’ section.

4. What are cookies?

1. I am having problems accessing or buying from your website?
We are really sorry if you're having problems with our website. Please Contact Us and our customer services team will be able to help you. Please include in your message as many of the following details as possible (don't worry if you're not very technical): 

  • What operating system you use (e.g. Windows Vista, Windows 2007, Windows 2010 and so on).
  • Internet Browser you use (e.g. Internet Explorer 11, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera).
  • What URL you were trying to access (e.g. https://www.tghfashion.com/apparel)
  • A description of the problem and what time the problem occurred.
  • If you get an error message, please include it in your message to us.

 

2. Why has my card payment failed?
We are not able to specify why card payments fail as the payment process involves both our systems and your bank’s. In the first instance you should double check you have entered all the details correctly, that you are using a card which has not expired, and that your billing address has been entered at checkout exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
If all else fails then please try an alternative card for payment - we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

 

3. Is your site secure?
We protect any personal information you provide on a secure server. Because your privacy is important to us, we will only share your information if you have given us permission to do so. We do reserve the right to disclose information in certain circumstances clearly stated in our Privacy Policy, which can be found in our Terms and Conditions page.


 

PROMOTION CODES 

 

1. Where do I enter my promotion code?
You’ll see the option to ‘Promotional Code’ at the online checkout. Just enter your code into the box. Click the 'apply' button and the relevant discount will be applied to your order. Make sure you do this before placing your order - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.

 

2. Can I enter more than one promotional code?
No, you can only use one promotional code at a time. In case you enter more than one promotional code, only the last code you enter will be applied to your order.

 

3. Why doesn't my promotion code work?
Is possible that your promotion code not work because of the following:   

  • Your promotion code may have expired. Please check the validity dates and times of the promotion code you are trying to enter.
  • You may have entered the incorrect promotion code. Please check that you have entered the correct code.  

Also, please check that your discount has been applied to your order before you complete your order. We cannot apply the discount to your order after the order is complete.

 

4. When will the discount be applied to my order?
The discount will be applied when you enter the promotion code in the shopping bag.
